Transportation costs:

As our freight is food, it is our policy to instruct the quickest, not necessarily the cheapest, dispatch company with the delivery. We thank you for your understanding in this procedure.

General packaging costs:
We charge 6.00 Euros for packaging material and the handling of each individual package!
Dispatch within Austria
sent via EMS by the Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Mailing Service); costs for a package up to 4 kg is 8.50 EUR.
International dispatch
sent via EMS by the Österreichische Post AG (Austrian Mailing Service) or by UPS, depending on fees and destination. The costs for transportation are separately calculated and displayed with each order depending on weight and destination (including 3.00 EUR handling fee).

Gift Vouchers
sent via EMS (Austrian Mailing Service) or UPS. Please find the costs for delivery displayed, when you submit your order. If you order a gift voucher in addition to one of our products, sent to the same address, no additional charge for delivery will be made. Depending on the destination, the delivery period can be as long as 7 (!) days.

Delivery Periods

The dispatch of your order (subject to availability of our products) is handed in on the following workday at the earliest (i.e. never on a Saturday or Sunday). Please look into the delivery period which applies to your order:

Europe, EU country: up tp 7 workdays
Europe, non-EU country: up to 9 workdays
International: up to 12 workdays
Within Austria: approx. 3-5 workdays

For some countries the only way to receive deliveries is by airmail. In this case the delivery period can expand up to 14 days. We thank you for your understanding that we cannot be held liable if delivery fails or if the goods arrive in a bad condition. We reserve the right to not dispatch our goods in this specific case, and payment will be refunded.

Pre-Christmas Period

We thank you for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the same periods for packing and delivery of your dispatch in December, as we do throughout the rest of the year.
If you are planning to send a Christmas present for international dispatch, we need you to place the order by 6 December.
For dispatch within Europe, please place your order by 10 December.

If your order is placed later in December, we cannot guarantee a delivery by 24 December!
